Perle Systems 05051020 C-1000-S2LC10 Media Converter

C-1000-S2LC10 Gigabit Ethernet Media Converter Module.

The C-1000-S2LC10 is a Gigabit Fiber-to-Ethernet media converter module that connects 1000BASE-T (RJ-45) copper cabling (up to 100 m / 328 ft) to 1000BASE-LX/LH 1310 nm fiber. It supports single-mode fiber (LC) up to 10 km / 6.2 miles or multimode fiber (LC) up to 550 m / 1,804 ft when using a mode conditioning patch cord.

Designed for installation in the MCR200 or MCR1900 Modular Chassis System, this media converter transparently bridges UTP copper and fiber networks, providing reliable Gigabit Ethernet connectivity.
