Damage in transit
On rare occasions accidents may happen and unfortunately products can be damaged in transit. Please notify us on receipt of your order and we will issue an immediate replacement and arrange a pickup for the damaged goods.
Cancelled orders
There is a 60-day no quibble return policy across all unused products in their original unopened packing.
Faulty products
Every product sold by Switch SFP Ltd is protected by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and material failures. If you believe your product is faulty, call us on 01285 700 750 to arrange a free of charge replacement.
