Perle SR-1110-XT Industrial Media and Rate Converter.
The Perle SR-1110-XT DIN Rail Media Converter is designed to connect 10/100/1000BASE-T copper Ethernet (UTP CAT5/6/7) to dual-fiber Gigabit links while operating reliably in extreme industrial temperatures ranging from -40°C to +75°C (-40°F to +167°F). It comes in a DIN-rail mountable enclosure with a terminal block (Combicon) power connector for connection to an external power source.
These converters are engineered for demanding applications such as traffic management, oil and gas pipelines, weather monitoring, industrial automation, and outdoor deployments—environments where commercial-grade media converters cannot perform. They are ideal for industrial devices exposed to harsh conditions, including security cameras, wireless access points, alarms, traffic controllers, sensors, and tracking equipment.
In addition to providing robust connectivity, these rate-converting media converters extend the life of non-fiber-based equipment by enabling data transmission from 10/100/1000BASE-T devices over Gigabit fiber networks.
