IOLAN SDG2 LE Cellular Device Server.
The IOLAN SDG2 LE is a cellular-enabled device server featuring two RJ45 serial ports with software-selectable RS232, RS422, or RS485 interfaces. It supports 4G LTE cellular WWAN connectivity for ETSI Europe, with fallback to HSPA+, UMTS, EDGE, and GPRS networks for extended coverage. The device includes a 10/100/1000 Ethernet port, IPv6 support, COM port redirection, and 15 kV ESD protection. Advanced security features such as data encryption, user authentication, and event management are integrated, and an AC power adapter is included.
As a serial-to-Ethernet solution, the IOLAN SDG2 LE allows RS232, RS422, and RS485 devices to be easily connected to Ethernet LANs, providing reliable access to network server applications. It is ideal for applications that demand high-speed, secure, and authentic serial data transmission over 4G LTE cellular networks.
