IOLAN SDG4 TX Device Server.
The IOLAN SDG4 TX is a rugged device server featuring four RJ45 serial ports with software-selectable RS232, RS422, or RS485 interfaces. Designed for extended temperature operation, it supports environments ranging from –40°F to +165°F (–40°C to +74°C). The device offers 10/100/1000 Ethernet connectivity, IPv6 support, COM port redirection, and 15 kV ESD protection. Advanced security features, including data encryption, user authentication, and event management, are built in, and a pigtail power connector is included.
As a serial-to-Ethernet solution, the IOLAN SDG4 TX enables RS232, RS422, and RS485 equipment to be easily web- or network-enabled, making it ideal for industrial applications that require reliable operation in extreme temperature conditions.
