The PSFP-1000D-S1LC80U is a Gigabit SFP optical transceiver designed for 1000BASE-BX applications. It features a 1490nm transmit and 1550nm receive wavelength over a single strand of single-mode fiber (LC connector), supporting extended distances up to 80 km (49.8 miles). The module includes Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM/DMI) for real-time diagnostics and is compliant with GLC-BX-U-80km standards.
Ideal for Gigabit Ethernet, Fibre Channel, and SONET applications, this transceiver enables a flexible fiber-to-Ethernet solution using compact, hot-swappable connectors. It allows a single device to connect across various fiber and copper media types and distances. Compatible with Perle FP Media Converters and third-party equipment supporting MSA-compliant SFP transceivers.
