The IOLAN STS8 is a secure terminal server featuring eight RJ45 serial ports with EIA232 interfaces. It offers 10/100/1000Base-T Ethernet connectivity, IPv6 support, COM port redirection, and 15 kV ESD protection, all in a 1U rack-mount form factor. Advanced security features—including data encryption, user authentication, and event management—are included, and an AC power adapter is provided.

As a serial-to-Ethernet solution, the IOLAN STS8 enables RS232 devices to be easily connected to Ethernet LANs, providing reliable and secure access to network server applications.
