The PSFP-1000D-S1LC40U is a Gigabit SFP transceiver designed for single-strand fiber applications. It features 1000BASE-BX technology with a 1310nm transmit (TX) and 1490nm receive (RX) wavelength over single-mode fiber with LC connectors. It supports distances up to 40 km (24.9 miles) and includes Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM/DMI) for real-time diagnostics. (Equivalent model: GLC-BX-U-40km)
Ideal for Gigabit Ethernet, Fibre Channel, and SONET applications, this transceiver is part of a fiber-to-Ethernet solution using compact, hot-swappable media connectors. It enables a single network device to interface with various fiber and copper cabling types and distances. Compatible with Perle’s FP Media Converters and other third-party equipment supporting MSA-compliant SFP modules.
