C-4GPT-DSFP Protocol-Transparent Media Converter.

Module with dual (empty) SFP slots. Supports two SFPs operating at identical speeds of up to 4.25 Gbps.

This SFP-to-SFP protocol- and rate-transparent media converter allows network administrators to integrate different fiber types and wavelengths within or between networks via fiber-to-fiber mode conversion. The pluggable fiber optic ports offer flexible configuration options using SFP transceivers from Perle, Cisco, or any other manufacturer of MSA-compliant SFPs. Designed for installation in the MCR200 or MCR1900 Modular Chassis System.
