PoE VDSL2 Fast Ethernet Extender with RJ45 Interlink.
The eXP-1S110L-RJ is a PoE-enabled Fast Ethernet extender featuring one 10/100Base-TX RJ-45 port and an RJ45 VDSL2 interlink connector. It supports data transmission up to 10,000 feet (3 km) over a single twisted pair (CAT5/6/7), coaxial cable, or existing copper wiring previously used for alarm systems, E1/T1, RS-232/422/485, CCTV, and CATV applications. The unit provides power over the VDSL link and includes a 48V 65W power adapter.
An onboard PoE power controller ensures full compliance with IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at standards. At the central site, the extender operates as a Powered Device (PD), supporting both end-span and mid-span PSE sources. Remote PoE Ethernet extenders function as Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE), delivering up to 15.4 watts of power to PoE and PoE+ compliant devices such as IP cameras, VoIP phones, and wireless access points.
