Industrial Temperature PoE Fast Ethernet Extender with RJ45 VDSL2.
The eXP-1S110L-RJ-XT is a rugged industrial PoE Fast Ethernet extender featuring one 10/100Base-TX (RJ-45) port and an RJ45 VDSL2 interlink connector. It provides power over the VDSL link and supports data transmission distances of up to 10,000 feet (3 km) using single twisted pair (CAT5/6/7), coaxial cable, or existing copper wiring previously used for alarm systems, E1/T1 circuits, RS-232/422/485, CCTV, and CATV applications.
Designed for harsh environments, this industrial extender operates reliably across extended temperature ranges from -40°F to 167°F (-40°C to 75°C). The integrated PoE power controller ensures full compliance with IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at standards. At the central site, the extender functions as a Powered Device (PD), supporting both end-span and mid-span PSE power sources, while the remote unit operates as Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE), delivering up to 15.4 W of power to PoE and PoE+ devices such as IP cameras, VoIP phones, and wireless access points.
