PoE VDSL2 Fast Ethernet Extender with BNC (Coax).
The Perle eXP-1S110E-BNC PoE Fast Ethernet Extender delivers dependable 10/100Base-TX Ethernet connectivity over distances of up to 10,000 feet (3 km). It features one RJ-45 Ethernet port and a VDSL2 BNC interlink connector, and provides Power over Ethernet as Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE). A 48V 65W power adapter is included.
Designed for versatile deployment, it operates over single twisted pair (CAT5/6/7), coax, or existing copper wiring, allowing reuse of infrastructure previously used for alarm circuits, E1/T1, RS-232/422/485, CCTV, and CATV applications.
The integrated PoE power controller ensures full compliance with IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at standards. At the central site, the extender functions as a Powered Device (PD) supporting both end-span and mid-span PSEs, while remote units operate as PSEs, supplying up to 15.4W of power to PoE and PoE+ devices such as IP cameras, VoIP phones, and wireless access points.
