PoE VDSL2 Fast Ethernet Extender with Terminal Block.
The Perle eXP-1S110E-TB PoE Fast Ethernet Extender delivers reliable 10/100Base-TX Ethernet connectivity over long distances of up to 10,000 feet (3 km). It features one RJ-45 Ethernet port and a VDSL2 terminal block interlink connector, and operates as Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) with a 48V 65W power adapter included.
Designed to work over single twisted pair (CAT5/6/7), coax, or existing copper wiring, it allows reuse of infrastructure previously used for alarm circuits, E1/T1, RS-232/422/485, CCTV, and CATV applications.
The built-in PoE power controller ensures full compliance with IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at standards. At the central site, the extender functions as a Powered Device (PD) supporting both end-span and mid-span PSEs, while remote units act as PSEs delivering up to 15.4W of power to PoE and PoE+ devices such as IP cameras, VoIP phones, and wireless access points.
