PoE Gigabit Ethernet Extender with RJ45 VDSL2.
The eXP-1S1110E-RJ is a PoE-enabled Gigabit Ethernet extender featuring one 10/100/1000Base-T (RJ-45) port and an RJ45 VDSL2 interlink connector. It supports data transmission over distances of up to 10,000 feet (3 km) using a single twisted pair (CAT5/6/7), coaxial cable, or existing copper wiring previously used for alarm systems, E1/T1 circuits, RS-232/422/485, CCTV, and CATV applications.
Equipped with an on-board PoE power controller, the extender is fully compliant with IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at standards. At the central site, it operates as a Powered Device (PD), supporting both end-span and mid-span PSE power sources. At the remote site, it functions as Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE), delivering up to 15.4 W of power to PoE and PoE+ devices such as IP cameras, VoIP phones, and wireless access points. A 48V 65W power adapter is included.
